Stefanos Falkonakis is an executive leader with extensive experience in eCommerce, Customer Engagement, and Marketing, with a career spanning Greece, the UK, and the Netherlands. He spent nearly a decade living and working in Amsterdam, Edinburgh, and London, shaping his global perspective on digital transformation and consumer behavior.

From 2018 to 2024, he played a pivotal role at Insurancemarket, Greece’s largest insurance aggregator and part of Achmea, where he led Marketing and Growth Strategy, contributing significantly to the company’s scale-up and market leadership.

Since 2024, Stefanos has served as Marketing & Communication Leader of the Interamerican Group, where he is strengthening the Group’s position as an industry leader in insurance, innovation, and customer experience, overseeing brand strategy, communications, and omnichannel transformation across multiple markets.
